The above cost includes a "pay-for-inclusion" fee, for EVERY page we make, into the Inktomi database - which guarantees inclusion and updating every 48 hours.

The web pages that we build for you are stored on your server with the rest of your web site ... they belong to you.

5 Steps to TOP Rankings

1) You determine how much you wish to spend.

2) We assist you in deciding upon the key words that are most suitable for your web site and that we are going to "target".

3) Upon receipt of the agreed upon fee our team immediately goes to work. We earn our money by optimising your existing web pages as well as building additional doorway pages that target the agreed upon keywords. We submit these new or updated pages to the relevant search engines for you.

4) We take reports on a regular basis to monitor how the submissions that we made perform on the search engines. These reports are sent to you so you can follow the progress.

5) Based on a report taken on the last Friday of every month we will debit your account with the relevant amount we have earned for that month. For example, if we achieved 2 new page 1 listings and a new page 2 listing during the month then we will have earned R950 (US$165)^* of the project fee.

We GUARANTEE that you will get the agreed upon listings. In most cases you will get many more as we normally submit more than necessary. We only debit your account with agreed upon keywords and listings ... any others that you may get as a consequence of our over-submitting is a bonus to you. Any of your money that we did not earn in 180 days from the start of the project IS RETURNED TO YOU.

Monthly maintenance contract

It is normal for web pages to move dynamically on the search engines. This normally results from the search engines changing their ranking algorithms, new pages being submitted, etc etc. To maintain the high rankings that we achieved for you it is necessary to keep a careful (at least weekly) check on your positions. It may become necessary to update pages that have fallen in position, and to resubmit all pages on a regular basis. We offer an OPTIONAL monthly maintenance contract of 10% of the initial project fee, per month, to look after the pages and positions that were gained. For example - lets say you initially bought R6000 (US$750)^* worth of positions and we achieved them all for you. For R600 (US$75)^* per month we will make sure that the search engine placement that we achieved in this particular project are maintained on a continuous basis.
